In compliance with the legal obligations envisaged by legislation for the protection of privacy (pursuant to art. 13 of L.D. no. 196 dated 30 June 2003), our Real Estate Agency wishes to inform You, as precautionary measure, not only as regards the use of Your personal data but also Your rights, communicating such as follows: 1. the data on Your person, collected directly from You, will be treated in respect of the principles of legality, correctness, pertinence, and without excesses, for the only purpose of carrying out Your request for purchase/ sale/and rental mediation relevant to the property of Your interest; in any case, the data will be stored for no longer than strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the above purpose. 2. the provision of data is compulsory to initiate the above-mentioned contractual relation while the non provision of data makes its fulfilment impossible. 3. the provision of data envisaged by the regulations against money laundering is compulsory and any refusal to supply the requested information precludes the professional service required. In this respect, it must be specified that the treatment of personal data related to obligations against money laundering will take place in compliance with the specific modalities of execution imposed on non-financial operators by the Regulations on Identification and Conservation of Information envisaged by art. 3, para.2 of L. D. no.56/2004 and adopted with ministerial decree no. 143/2006; 4. the treatment of the data will be processed on paper and/or electronically by means of electronic devices, strictly necessary to provide You with the service requested, and then stored into a databank located inside our Offices. The treatment may involve the operations foreseen under art. 4, para.1 of L. D. no. 196/2003 (collection, registration, organization, conservation, processing, modification, selection, comparison, use, interconnection, freezing, destruction, deletion, etc.); 5. during treatment both the Agency's staff and/or external assistants may become acquainted with data. These persons are entrusted by the Agency with the task of performing verifications at public Registry Offices (Real Estate Registry, Land Office etc) in full obedience of the privacy regulations; 6. the data may be communicated to registered public accountants and auditors as well as to labour consultants and bank or financial institutions or other entities interacting with the Agency who may need the transfer of data to execute administrative, accounting and managerial obligations regarding both the ordinary fulfilment of our economic activity and the execution of our Agency's activity related to the fulfilment, on our part, of the contract obligations assumed towards Your person; 7. the data may be communicated, wherever necessary, to Agencies in charge of debt collection as well as to registered lawyers or public bodies to get information requested by them or by someone appointed by the latter, in case of need, for the achievement of public financing; 8. the "Owner" of the treatment is "Effeci Immobiliare" Real Estate of Filippo Casella; 9. in compliance with art. 7 of the aforementioned L. D. no. 196/2003, the person to whom the personal data refer, is at all times entitled to obtain information about his/her personal data stored at our Agency addressing, directly or through one of her/his representatives, the Owner of the treatment; the concerned person is also entitled to have his/her data updated, integrated, rectified, cancelled or frozen as well as to oppose their treatment. More precisely, cancellation and freezing apply to data treated in breach of the law. Integration requires justifying an interest. Opposition can always be forwarded for advertising material, direct sale or market surveys; in the other cases. opposition requires a legitimate reason.
